One Beat é um intercambio cultural internacional que celebra o poder transformador da arte através da criação de musica original (nativa/ tradicional), inventiva e diplomática, de pessoa-à-pessoa.

One Beat é uma iniciativa do departamento de assuntos educacionais e culturais dos EUA.

O projecto One Beat Inhambane 2014, é replica em Moçambique do projecto one beat dos Estados Unidos da América.

A iniciativa One Beat, foi adaptada em outros países, e neste ano vai acontecer em Moçambique, na cidade de Inhambane.

One beat é um projecto que incentiva o uso de todos os instrumentos diplomáticos incluindo a música
De forma a unir principalmente os jovens para um intercâmbio no geral



One Beat is an initiative of the Department of Culture and Education from the USA.

One Beat is an international cultural exchange that celebrates the transformative power of art

through the creation of original, innovative and diplomatic mediums, from person to person.

The One Beat program was created and developed in other countries and this year it will be held in Mozambique, in the city of Inhambane.

The One Beat Inhambane is a replica of the One Beat USA project.

Ten new talented artists will be selected with various musical styles with the capacity to create original music, dance and abilty to fuse traditional music with traditional styles.

There will also be selected ten professional artists in the following areas.

Drummers , bassists, guitarists, keyboard players, vocalists, dancers and electronic musicians
